nothing for guild wars one has been letting me log in, and trying to post the CD code has no result, i try making a new account, says "cd code in use" yet i try resetting my password and it says all my emails are incorrect (i have 3 emails, i tried all three, none worked) all the tickets when i go to submit one in the support are for guild wars 2, and since im having a problem for guild wars 1

The only way you are going to get support to change it or reset a password is with lots of personal information, meaning maybe someone you know, or they would need to know your game key. I had to do this once for one of my secondary new accounts that at random had two factor turned on, they ask for name, billing address, game key code etc etc
With from time to time a message "you do not have permission to create an account". I manage to connect to my two other accounts, in game and on the site. Even on the forum. But creating an account NO! Since I'm not the only one, I think the problem comes from the server and not from the client side.

Whether I have the "Remember Password" checkbox checked or not, I still have to type in my password every single time I want to log in. I also have the "Remember Account Name" checkbox checked and the launcher has no problem remembering it, but not the password. It hasn't remembered my password for the entire two and a half years I've played GW2.
My two friends have not received any password reset emails. Both played WoW for many years (but not Diablo 3). However, neither of them responded to the email authentication when you make a GW2 account. Both are still able to play the game despite that step.
The Retrieve password option does NOT require you to fill in a charactername. Only if you can't use the normal option AND need to contact support bout it, you are asked bout a charactername. In those questions you can leave blank the quostions you are unable to answer.
I was trying to log into the forum from my phone like usual, but said password was incorrect. So I tried to reset password, and the email never gets sent. I put in a ticket, and was talking to support in the email service, and they retried sending the reset email, and it still never came, I double checked junk folder and nothing.
